Returns Policy
A receipt dated within 60 days of original purchase is required for all refunds or exchanges at any Mrs. Tiggy Winkle's retail location.
Any items returned must:
Be originally purchased at Mrs. Tiggy Winkle's
Be in original, undamaged packaging and in resaleable condition.
Gift Returns:
If you received an item as a gift and do not have a receipt, you will receive a Mrs. Tiggy Winkle's store credit if the above criteria are met.
If you don’t have a receipt and/or the product is not in resaleable condition, we will not accept the return.
Refunds:
Credit Card Purchases: Your refund will be credited to the original credit card.
Cash Purchases: If refund is less than $40.00, your refund will be in cash. If refund is more than $40.00, you will be issued a cheque from our Ottawa Head Office.
Manufacturer’s Defects:
If there is a manufacturer’s defect in the item you are returning, you will receive full store credit for the product. If you ordered the item on our website and are mailing the product back to us, please contact customerservice@mrstiggywinkles.ca for a return authorization and our team will do everything possible to facilitate your return.
