ORDERING and SHIPPING When you place your order online with us we try our best to ship all in stock items within 3-4 business days. When possible we ship using recycled boxes in the spirit of environmental responsibility. We currently ship only within Canada and the shipping rates are as follows: Our online store will only allow orders for in stock items. We make every effort to keep this up to date. Because we are a full service brick and mortar store it is always possible for an item to be sold in store and not yet updated online. If an item you order happens to be out of stock we will contact you and you will have the option of cancelling or waiting for the item to arrive at our store. We do not offer all of our products for sale online. If you would like to order a product that we carry at our retail store that is not displayed on our site we would be happy to place the order for you over the phone. Here at Diaper Days we make every effort to ensure that you receive your orders in good condition; however, damages during shipping that are beyond our control may occur from time to time. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days to report the problem. Please keep all packaging from the damaged delivery. When you place your order there is a possibility that the item may be shipped out almost immediately. If you wish to cancel an order, please call us as soon as possible and if the item has not shipped we will be happy to cancel the order for you. If the item has already shipped we regret that we will be unable to cancel the order and you will need to refer to our return policy. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us by PHONE. RETURNS PRIVACY We respect your privacy. Diaper Days does not sell or distribute customer contact information to any third parties unless otherwise required as a matter of law. We use industry-standard SSL encryption when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged through our site server. All other data transfer is conducted through a secure phone line. Your credit card is are processed at our physical store and no money is exchanged online. PAYMENT For purchases online we accept Visa, Master Card, and American Express. The payment will not be processed until we have verified that the product ordered is available. PRICING and PROMOTIONS From time to time we may offer promotions either online in store or both. In store promotions will not necessarily be honoured online and vice versa. We do our best to keep prices up to date. If there is an online price discrepancy, Diaper Days, retains the right to adjust the price. If the price is higher than the one advertised at the time of order, you will be contacted and given the option to continue with the order at the new price or to cancel the order. Please not that volume pricing, like those on some of our diapers, will not show upon checkout from our online store, however, they will be applied before final invoicing and before your payment in processed. CUSTOMER APPRECIATION POINTS Our Customer Appreciation Points (you earn one point for every dollar spent before tax -> 250 points = $10 towards your next purchase) will be kept on your account at our physical store. You will earn points when you make online purchases, however, online redemption is not possible at this time
Orders $0-$49.99 (reg priced merchandise before tax) = $4.99 + GST
Orders $50-$99.99 (reg priced merchandise before tax) = $9.99 + GST
Orders $100+ (reg priced merchandise before tax) = Free shipping
Oversized items and orders shipped to some remote areas may be subject to additional shipping charges. If there is an additional charge you will be notified prior to shipping.
Any customer who refuses an order will be charged a $20 fee in addition to any and all costs that occur during the delivery process. If a package is returned to Diaper Days due to an incorrect shipping address provided by a customer, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Even if the purchase qualified for free shipping, the customer will be charged for all shipping costs. If you receive your order and find that there are items missing or that you have received incorrect items, please check your order and then contact us within 24 hours of receiving the shipment and we will do our best to confirm the error and correct it.
Regularly priced items purchased from our online store can be returned for exchange or store credit (less the original shipping and handling charges we paid), within 60 days of the original invoice date. Sale items must be returned within 15 days of original invoicing.
Before returning any item you must first obtain a return authorization number by emailing returns@diaperdays.ca. All return items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition. For health and safety reasons we do not accept returns on car seats under any circumstances. When we receive the return item(s) we will issue a store credit in the amount of the purchase minus the actual cost of shipping. All shipping costs are the responsibility of buyer including the actual cost of original shipping and the cost of shipping the item back to us. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in shipping it back to us. If you have any questions about our return policy, please contact us by phone or by email.
At Diaper Days we only sell products that we believe stand up to our high standards for quality. If you receive an item that you believe to be defective, where possible, please refer to the Manufacturer’s warranty that is included in the product packaging. In most cases you can obtain any help you need by contacting the Manufacturer directly. If you still require assistance with the item, or if there is no warranty information included with your product, please contact us. When possible we will replace damaged parts or send a replacement at no additional cost to you. Diaper Days reserves the right to replace defective parts prior to replacing a defective item. If you are returning a defective item please contact us for an RA number. We will arrange to pay for shipping of the item back to us and will send out the replacement item as soon as we have the defective one.
