To return or exchange your merchandise, please contact us at customerservice@babyingear.com, toll-free at t 1-877-LIL-GEAR (1-877-545-4327), or locally at 905-841-2223, Monday – Saturday 10am - 6pm, and Sunday from 12pm - 5pm E.S.T. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the necessary Baby in Gear Return/Exchange form. Please ensure the following are provided with your return:
For health and hygienic reasons, Baby in Gear is unable to accept returns on some products. These products include but are not limited to: potty seats, nursing bras, nursing pads, nursing pillows, teethers, feeding accessories, bottles, thermometers, and bath care and lotions. In addition, we do not accept returns on sale or personalized items. Cancellations: If you have decided to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that are cancelled prior to shipping will be fully refunded. If you cancel an order after we have already packaged it, but before it has been shipped, you will be charged a re-stocking fee of 15% of the value of the item(s) that have been cancelled. Once an order has been shipped, it must be considered a return. As such, please follow the return policy as outlined above. There are no cancellations on custom and special orders. |
