Our registries are currently not available online. Please email your request to info@babyingear.com including the registrants first and last name, and a registry number if possible. An updated registry will be sent to you within 24 hours. If you require immediate assistance please call the store at 905-841-2223 during store hours (Monday-Wednesday 10-6PM, Thursday 10-7PM, Friday-Saturday 10-6PM, Sunday 11:30-4:30PM EST) and a sales associate will be more than happy to assist you. Hints on how to compose the perfect registry: One of the most misconceptions with registries is that it may appear presumptuous to place many items onto a registry - it is, in fact, important to have lots of items as it gives people options. Creating a registry where only a few items have been selected, may leave people craving for options, which more often than not can leave people frustrated. Your friends and family may choose to purchase gifts that are not on your registry. Registries are a guideline of wishes and we do not guarantee choices. Before you arrive, try to do some product research. Having even basic knowledge of the products we offer will make your registry less overwhelming, and more fun! Ensure you have something to eat either before you arrive at the store, or bring a snack and/or a drink with you to keep yourself energized. Keep in mind that your registry could take as long as 2 hours - but do not feel obligated you have to complete it all in one session. You can come back any time, or you can send an email to: info@babyingear.com with your questions and or changes. This should be a fun, and stress-free time - so the more you are prepared, the better it will be! Registries can be emailed, faxed, or read over the phone - which ever works best for your friends and family. When a purchase has been made for you, your friends and family may leave it here, or take it with them. If the gift is left here, we will inform you of the purchase, and store your gift until you are ready to pick it up, or have made arrangements to have your gifts delivered. Purchases can also be made over the phone. Again, your friends and family can choose to leave the gift here, pick it up, or arrange to have it delivered. It is a good idea for you to request an emailed copy of your registry after you have had your shower or baby so that you can keep track of purchases as well. Our registry return policy: With a Gift Receipt you have 30 days from the date of purchase to receive store credit or exchange. All items must be in their original condition and/or packaging; items such as clothing cannot have been washed and all labels must still be attached. NOTE: Refunds are not issued on gifts. All SALE and SPECIAL ORDER items are final sale. |
