When your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you a confirmation that will include your tracking number.

FAQ:
For larger, bulkier items such as furniture and strollers, there may be an additional overweight handling surcharge to cover extra shipping costs. Such charges are listed on the “Shipping Info” tabs of our product pages and are clearly noted during checkout and prior to confirmation of your purchase(s).
What if I only get part of my order?
In order to provide you with the speediest service possible, items ordered together may not necessarily ship together. This will not affect your shipping charges and your credit card will not be charged for any product that has not yet shipped. You will be notified by e-mail or phone if there are any delays in shipping. We do our best to ship everything together.
Do you offer assembly services for larger items like furniture, strollers, and highchairs?
For customers ordering larger items in the Saint John area, local delivery and assembly services may be available. Please call 1-506-657-MAMA (6262) for more information.

How do you ship gift cards?
Gift cards are shipped separately from regular merchandise, there is a flat $1.50 shipping fee per each shipping address receiving a card. Gift cards usually ship within 2 business days. Please allow 4 to 6 business days for delivery. Gift cards may be shipped to Canadian & US addresses only (US addresses might have a higher shipping rate). When calculating your order’s shipping charge, the value of the gift card does not count towards your total purchase amount and will not affect the shipping charges assigned to non-gift card purchases.
Gift Wrapping
Can I get my purchase gift wrapped? Of course! With the exception of some furniture items that are too large to be wrapped, gift wrapping is a complimentary service we provide with each purchase. The gift wrap option, as well as gift message, is available in the checkout process.

What if something is out of stock? If something you want to order is out of stock, we'll let you know when you try to add it to your shopping bag. If you want, you can click on the link provided and we'll let you know when it's back in stock again.
