PURCHASING
· If you would like to purchase from us, you can do so by email, by phone or a visit to our showroom.
· For purchases through email or by phone, we will need a valid credit card and its billing address, telephone no., and CVC no., the shipping address and your telephone number (to reach you).
· Other payment methods include certified cheque and money order. Money orders and certified cheque and money will have to be cleared before we can ship out the item.
· Purchases are subject to applicable taxes.
· Shipping is not included in our pricing
· Shipping rate Does Not include customs clearance. Brokerage charges and duties. All charges will be billed to the customer.
· All prices are subject to change without notice
SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
· For Special Order items, a 50% deposit is required before we proceed.
· Payment must be made in full upon pick-up.
· In no circumstances, will a deposit or any part of it be returned in the event a special order is cancelled by the customer.
SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
· Shipping and Duty are not included in the purchase price. For shipping services, you can either choose a courier service of your choice or we can ship it to you via UPS or Canada Post.
· For USA and International customers, you may be subject to taxes and duties imposed by your country and custom broker charges for facilitating customs clearance and delivery. Speedstar is not responsible for these charges.
· For further information on brokerage and customs duties, please contact the courier service providers.
RETURNS AND REFUND
· All purchases made from Speedstar are final.
· No returns will be accepted or refund be given unless otherwise noted.
